EASILY T H E B E S T HOTEL IN KRAKOW! [+] centered across one the biggest malls Galeria Krakowska [+] 2 min from the train station - easy to take the high speed train to Warsaw (4h) or Gdanks-Gdinia-Sopot/Tri-city (6h) [+] 2 min from the old town / Rynek [+] friendly, smiling, helpful, accommodating staff [+] amazing decorations all throughout the hotel, it's a pleasure to look anywhere and at every corner and hallway! The design the lighting the combination of old with new is awe inspiring! 5 stars! [+] smells amazing everywhere in the hotel! [+] decent sized rooms, extra large comfy bed, lots of mood-lighting options [+] great shower with amenities - really liked the smell of the shampoo and shower gel! [+] underground parking is on the smaller size, but the parking spaces are very spacious [+] excellent breakfast, including a waffle maker! Amazing! Delicious food for all tastes! Very foamy cappuccino! :D

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn't be more perfect-right in the heart of everything. It's just a short walk to the Old Town and the Christmas market, with a large mall and the train station conveniently located right across the street. The hotel itself is cozy, impeccably clean, and offers a delicious breakfast that we enjoyed every morning. A special mention goes to Natalya, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From day one, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and provided us with all the information we needed to explore the area effortlessly. Her warm hospitality truly stood out and made a lasting impression.

This Mercure was excellent value for money! The location is central, only a short hop away from the central market square, and a perfect jump off to explore the rest of Krakow. The hotel is very clean and well kept with a modern aesthetic that does not lack soul like some other modern takes. The staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are cosy, well-furnished and brand new. Breakfast was a cooked and continental with a decent but not extensive selection., although the omelette station was a nice bonus!

Excellent breakfast and the restaurant is also a nice option for dinner if you are tired after a day of site-seeing—a lot of options and reasonably priced. Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast was fab, staff super helpful with excellent English.
